1976 Bicentennial Medal of the Commonwealth of PA Franklin Mint. Issued by the Bicentennial Commission of PA. The Pennsylvania shield is on the back with soldier sitting on the front in what looks like Valley Forge and stars on the edge. In sealed original mount. Next year will be the Semi-quincentennial. We will be celebrating a quarter of a millennia of the US. A fun item from the last celebrated anniversary.
